Props Link (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a property marketplace connecting clients and buyers with owners and property owners. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Scope & Legal Basis
This policy applies to processing of personal data in Nigeria, governed by the NDPR. We uphold lawful purpose limitation, data minimisation, and data subject rights.

4. Categories of Data
- Identity: name, email, phone, profile photo, NIN/BVN.
- KYC documents: IDs, selfies, CAC files (via YouVerify).
- Property: title, description, address, GPS, media.
- Usage: logs, search, IP, browser info, device data.
- Financial: payments, PSP references, NUBAN for payouts.
- Messages: chat & attachments (retained for 1 year).
5. Purpose of Processing
- Operate listings, bookings, and payments.
- Perform KYC and fraud prevention.
- Comply with AML and NDPR requirements.
- Send receipts, OTPs, and notifications.
- Provide location features (with consent).
6. Your Rights

7. Security & Retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored securely, and retained only as required for compliance or legitimate purposes.
