Delete your Props Link account
You can request account deletion at any time. Available wallet funds, pending payments, refunds or withdrawals, active rentals and other outstanding obligations may need to be resolved first. Completed deletion can't be undone.
In the mobile app
Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm, and follow any instructions to resolve outstanding obligations before deletion completes.
What we delete
- Profile details: name, email, phone, address, photo and bio
- Your listings (taken down immediately)
- Saved properties, chats, notifications and push tokens
- Sign-in methods, sessions, and two-factor settings
What we keep, and why
- Payment, receipt, transaction and payout records
- Identity-verification (KYC) audit records
Limited financial, verification and audit records may remain for legal, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Backups expire through scheduled retention processes. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
